		<description>I want to give information about dijeta. dijeta can be started with low-fat foods and exercising regularly. by consuming low-fat foods can prevent the accumulation of fat in the body, try to multiply to consume fruits and vegetables because it is very good for dijeta program. Do not eat at night because the body&#039;s lack of time to digest food, and when you want to sleep, the body is rested and the body will stop digesting food, this is what causes your dijeta program failed.</description>
